The Cardio Training area is open during regular building hours and is available to individuals who are 16 years and older.  The Cardio training area is located on the second floor of the building and includes the following equipment:

Our Cardio Fitness area features Cardio Theater!  Bring any headset and you'll be able to listen to an array of pre-set television channels while you workout.
